The process was an initial, semi-informal screening. Then, the next step is an analytic exercise, where you are presented with a sample month's worth of data and asked to present strategic recommendations. If they like your presentation, you'll move on to I believe more phone or video interviews, then a face to face interview. I was told by email that they chose to move on with other candidates and didn't have any feedback as to why. I thought this was very poor, especially given that I spent a significant amount of time doing the exercise.

This was by far the worst interview process I have ever been through. The company insisted on scheduling multiple interviews and then proceeded to either not show up to the interview or rescheduling last minute. It was disorganized and there didn’t seem to be communication amongst any of the folks between interviews. The process took almost two months and I interviewed with over 10 people. Half of the interview panel was interesting and the other half was either their first interview hosting ever or were generally not excited about hosting an interview. I received a decline by email. I would hope that after 10 interviews with a candidate you would at least call them and decline. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Lots of generic- tell me about how you solved a complex problem questions.
Very long and convoluted. It was probably about 6 interviews plus a project and a presentation to a panel of 5 people. They would let weeks pass between each round, so it felt a little bit about starting over each time. I've heard similarly bad experiences from other people.

Had a call with the recruiter. Answered basic questions about my background and interest in the role. It wasn't a very deep discussion - seemed like their process focused on getting people to the next stage which was a take-home test. I decided not to proceed.
