2-3 months elapsed between the time I submitted my resume and received an email from the recruiter. The recruiter missed our first scheduled call. When we arranged a second call and spoke, the recruiter gave me an overview of the role and answered any questions I had but didn't ask very much about my background.
The recruiter then set up video chat interviews with two managers on the team. One of them went a little strangely and quickly - the interviewer showed up 10 minutes early and then called/emailed me as if I was late. The interviewer also couldn't get his camera to work, though mine was on. Once we started chatting, we finished the conversation in under 10 minutes, even though we were scheduled for 30. The other went normally - I answered some role-related questions, walked through a case study question, and was given a few minutes to ask questions at the end.
The recruiter followed up within a week letting me know they were moving forward with another candidate, but would not provide any additional feedback.
Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly improving our interview process and will use your insights to improve. If you have any further feedback please email recruiting@doordash.com.

Very straightforward.
First interview with the HR. If you are interested in moving forward, they will give you a test to see what your work is going to be like. What I got was 3 sheets of Excel, just raw data of restaurant information.
You have to figure out what each sheet represents, and use it to answer the questions you were given; (e.g. Which location is having hard time onboarding, and why? How would you try to solve it) (This was probably the toughest part of the interview process, since it's such a big raw data, you have to really put your time on this to make it neat, and show how good you are with making an excel sheet.
Once you pass the test, you are going to go on an interview with the hiring manager who will be your boss. If that person likes you, you will most likely get the job. You will continue on with the loop interview with 3~4 more people, and they will ask you questions that most of the tech companies will ask; (e.g. Have you worked with tons of data, and how did you manage to use them to solve problems. etc)

Overall good experience. There were 3 rounds in the process. They asked me to review a spreadsheet and make conclusions/action plan from that document. Was given an offer but received a few so didnt accept this one as it was not remote and lower than others.
