First round is just a conversations then they give you a ridiculous take home assignment that takes hours even if you are a pro at excel because the data set is so large
Last for a few weeks it was very long but overall supportive and fun to crack the challenge. Potentially interviewing a lot of people at the same time. The overall vibe with different interviewers was all positive and friendly.

There is a take home case study and sql overview
the case study is hard and then more interviews with team and shareholders
