Entretien
I applied for a role at DoorDash a few months ago and didn’t hear anything for a while. Then a recruiter reached out via LinkedIn about a completely different role. I took the screening call where they described 3 different positions. After 2 calls I took myself out of the interview loop because it wasn’t a good fit for me personally, but they were super accommodating and helpful in navigating all the opportunity

Pretty garbage interview process, with zero feedback.
They get you to do an assignment, with next to no instructions, other than it's a "Business Review". They give you a massive data set, and make you a prepare full presentation with no templates, no structure, no nothing.
Worst of all, they ask questions that are super job specific and require knowledge that you wouldn't have unless you actually worked there. Is this a joke?
When you request feedback regarding your application, they just tell you "sorry, our company policy prevents us from sharing feedback". Oh, but your company policy doesn't have issues with stupid questions instead?

Question 1
How can you make sure that Dashers don't steal orders? How can they be held accountable?
