Entretien
The process vastly changed over the months. It started from an in person interview to an on-site competency test to a four step interview process. There's a phone screen, then a phone simulation, an on-site working session, and then finally two 1:1 behavioral and culture interview that includes management.
The simulation and on-site working session consist of actual situations handled on the job so it's nice to see that before deciding to join the team.

was contacted pretty quickly after applying online. Process took 1 week.
First call was a zoom with a member of their team who moved me on to the onsite pretty quickly.
Once the onsite came, I was caught off guard with a full loop in Spanish since I had that listed on my resume. Not a big deal, I actually kind of enjoyed it but it would've been nice to know a head of time. Also, was ghosted after the onsite, asked for feedback and nothing. Eventually got the generic rejection email. Pretty bad experience imo, especially after taking the time out of my day to talk to 5 different people via Zoom.

The interview process was choppy. Lack of resources for on boarding and clarity to on board. Led to large turnover due to lack of understanding of duties. This was a continuous cycle.

Entretien
This was the most intense interview experience I've ever been through. They were extremely thorough and really put you through the ringer looking for top talent! I think that is great but it was definitely a bit overwhelming and intimidating.
