First round was a generic call with a manager, second is a case study where you say how to improve the business model, third is a behavioural and case interview. You can definitely sense the toxic grind culture in the interviewer’s face. The moment she walked in, it looked like she wanted to run to another meeting and didn’t care about the questions she was asking. I almost stopped the entire interview because it was a total waste of time and was indicative of what you’ll experience if you get hired.
