Doordash is growing but they are willing to spend the time to find the right people. The overall experience was very positive and informative.
They were clear on how the interview would progress through the 3 interviews I was part of. They even stated the range of the salary early on in the process to ensure that it aligns to what my expectations were for the role.

Had a 3 round interview with an intro call, first call was a meeting with the team lead, then an enterprise level SPM and finally a panel of 3 people 2 leads and the director

Applied online and got an Interview call within a week from a third party HR company that was contracted to screen for DD - The next round had 2 Interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and the other with someone in the same role to check cultural fit. The final round is a case study and a presentation
