The whole process is such a mess. Please do not spend your time with this company at all, avoid applying or refuse to respond to their emails. I have never seen a process as messy and haphazard as this one. The interview process comprised of an online application, recruiter interview, and then follow up rounds. The recruiter was least bothered to speak. She joined the call 20 minutes late, gave some reason, then wrapped up the call in 7 minutes. She told that the analytics exercise would follow after that, however, 5 emails to her brought the analytics exercise in my inbox. Anyway, once I send the file, it took another 4 rounds of follow-ups over three weeks to get a response. Then interviewed with the hiring team, who seemed so disinterested, came late, unprepared, not even pretending to take notes at all. No feedback or comment, just an automated rejection right after that. Nobody talks about the case study. All in all a horrendous experience, avoid to save yourself some trouble. Feedback: Make the case study less abstract, at least pretend to show some interest in candidates (maybe organize some acting classes to help in that part)
