A logistics company that doesn’t have their internal logistics sorted out. Don’t waste your time interviewing with them, they are very unprofessional. First a recruiter contacted me to schedule a 15 minute interview. She failed to call me on our agreed date and time. No response to my follow up emails. A week later I received another email to schedule a 15 minute screening with a different recruiter. We chatted and she asked me to schedule a video interview with a hiring manager. No one showed for my video interview. I followed up via email, a few hours later I received the email that they already filled their openings for the Dasher Experience Specialist role.

I applied and had an interview within a week. It was a video interview. It was an easy and friendly interview. I was pushed through to the second interview. Which happened in about 30 minutes after that. I was hired that day. Start day was the next week. It was a new office in a state market, Unfortunately I had some huge family emergencies come up and could not continue working there. I would LOVE to work for Doordash again. They were friendly, easy going, accepting and extremely helpful. I had fun while I was there.

Received an email from an HR manager to set up a phone interview. Interview itself went pretty well, they asked generic customer service questions that I thought I answered pretty well. The hiring manager told me they would get back to me in 24 hours.
It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back. I understand that not every candidate will be a good fit for the company, but I expected a response back, as that would be the professional thing to do.
