Took almost a month from the first interaction to go through the interviews. Everytime I progressed to the next step they asked to view a calendar to schedule next meeting (zoom with someone else). There were never any dates for atleast 10 days!!! I did the final role play and was not offered the position.

My first (and hopefully only) experience dealing with a company that practices “Ageism”, just as illegal as other discriminatory hiring practices, by the way, Door Dash 😳. I am an experienced sales manager and could easily have handled and excelled in this position. The people who interviewed me had significantly less real world and business experience and I knew that but did my best to not come across in any way other than as a sincere applicant. Throughout the process there was a tangible undertone that this is a “young “ company and if you’re older than mid thirties you’re not young enough...and I’m older than 40. After Reading the reviews on Facebook it’s clear that this company has issues and I’m glad I did not get hired... Steer clear of them if you are over 25...I’m not kidding...it was so strange and they should realize it’s illegal.
