My interview process at Door Dash has left a terrible taste in my mouth as a user of the product and someone trying to work for them. My recruiter did not communicate the hiring process well throughout the whole process. During my onsite, I was left alone in a room to figure out on my own how to use the video conferencing technology. There was no recruiter onsite or follow up communication to let me know the next steps after the interview was over after taking off work at my current job AND doing a lengthy project. The project was not even shown to most of the interviewers. I was not even given a call back to discuss feedback. Truly a lack of respect for my time and dedication to the interviewing at Door Dash.
