Overall I had a positive interview experience! I applied online. The entire interview process took around 3 weeks from when the recruiter first made contact with me. Everyone was very friendly and feedback was given very promptly, so I knew where I stood every step of the way. The process and questions were fairly standard for new grad software roles: recruiter phone screen, technical phone screen, 2 technical zoom interviews, onsite (culture fit, software design).

Very professional and engaging! OA then virtual onsite. Virtual onsite coding questions consisted of two hour-long coding interviews and a 30 minute engineering manager interview. Coding difficulty felt like medium to hard.

Given an Online Assessment to be completed but never made it past that assessment because the coding questions were 2 leetcode hard. After I hear there is another coding round and then a behavioral call.

Doordash interview process for New Grad was one online test that had 2 medium level questions. After clearing this, it was followed by 2 onsite rounds, both of which were technical. Interviewers were very helpful throughout the process. Leetcode medium to medium-hard level questions.
