J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez DoorDash en oct. 2016
Entretien
The scheduled interview was postponed due to the recruiter being ill, so I waited another week. Once my scheduled interview took place, I've never experienced the most informal and unprofessional interview by a Senior Recruiter. My recruiter was not personable at all, she did not embody the culture that DoorDash exhibits. I was immediately turned off by her sense of urgency to finish the interview. My interview only lasted 5 minutes, hardly gave me the time of day to market myself, almost as if she already made up her mind prior to the phone call. I later received an email stating that my background was a perfect fit, but I don't fit personally. I am only writing this review to raise awareness that the recruiter may be rude, and not seem interested in you whatsoever; sell yourself right off the bat! Don't expect your recruiter to act like they care about you or the company, especially in that moment. I understand that this review sounds like I'm some infuriated person that is too quick to judge, but I expect more from a company that fully invests in themselves; their culture. Despite my previous comments about the interview, I am not attacking the integrity of the company as a whole; but the leadership needs to strengthen their integrity when recruiting. I hope whoever reads this your interview is better than mine.
