After completing multiple interview stages, I was scheduled for an in-person interview, only to be told two days beforehand that it was being canceled because “the hiring manager is going in a different direction for the role.”
The process then ended with a generic rejection and no feedback. Canceling a late-stage, scheduled interview with such short notice reflects poor communication and little regard for candidates’ time.
Overall, a very disappointing and disorganized hiring experience.

Everything was great and in good order and shape. It was started with a phone call, then an online interview with the hiring manager and finally a presentation followed by a couple of individual interviews.
