Super easy, just come across as a sales-person with no soul or be a socially awkward ingrate and they will hire you easily. You will get a call after they select you for hire. You will meet with a pathetic excuse for managers and most likely one of the owners as well. They will ask you outdated interview questions from the 80's and then if hired will make you a measly offer. STAY AWAY

Regardless of showing up early you will be made to wait as they seem so disorganized at the front desk. The girls working the desk are quick to ask what you need and then they appear to decide if it's important or not. They chit chat amongst one another and it makes you wonder if you'll fit in even if you do get the job. There's an odd feeling about the place.
