1) a few months after applying for the position got an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview with a hiring manager. Nothing special, did not have a a call/interview prior 2) Had an interview with 2 hiring managers which was a waste of time. They did not ask me any questions related to this job, in fact they did not ask me anything about myself, and I spend one hour listening about domtar, their culture and an overview about this position. Left me a few minutes at the end of the interview to ask 1-2 questions about the position. I emailed anrecruiter two weeks after applying to get an update, did not get a response. Few weeks later got an automated rejection email stating that they've decided to move with another candidate
