I interviewed on two different occasions. First round included three interviews. The second included five different interviews. I received a very competitive offer, but ultimately decided to stay with my current company. With that said, the interview process was handled very well and the HR and recruiting team were great to work with. I was highly impressed with all the marketing and sales employees I interviewed with, and left there with a terrific experience. I think Domo is poised for some exciting things and would highly recommend the marketing department, if you are looking for a great team to join.

After a 15mn phone screening, they invited me to come in for a series of three interviews. They didn't seem to know what they were looking for. Two different interview groups seem to have conflicting expectations for the job description. Interview went well mostly, but they brought up salary first and mentioned a non-negotiable hourly wage of about $15.00/hr. This position would have required some technical skills too, and intern was to work independently - no team. The pay was at least 30% below competitive rates, especially considering Domo's lucrative funding and success. The worst part - they never had the decency of following up with me about the interview. I was told to wait for them to contact me, and due to their low pay I wasn't eager to initiate the follow-up.
