The interview process is still ongoing for me after about a month and two virtual interviews. I’m still waiting to hear if I was will receive a job offer or be placed on a third interview. It’s been two weeks since my last interview. Overall, the interviews went well. If you follow the STAR method you should be fine but there seems to be some delay in the hiring process. I’m going for a remote position so it could be possible that the company is trying to decide it they’d like a remote or local candidate. Either way, a month is a bit long to keep someone waiting. I’m not sure if I’ll accept the job even if offered to me at this point. Just be aware of this when applying.
