Basically, they just went through the motions - it was a take over interview. Seemed like they had already made their mind up. Did not seem genuine or real. No assessments given.

Received a phone call where I was asked if I had time for a quick phone interview, of course I did I’ve been searching for sometime now. We had a great phone interview that lead to an additional call a few days later to schedule an in person interview. Unfortunately I didn’t get the job as I received a generic response a few days later advising me of this, which I deemed to be very impersonal. I would have loved the opportunity to come a board with Dominium.

Entretien
Was given a phone interview first, very intense then a face to face. Interview was very thorough. Interviewed by a VP of them company and had to go through a personality test, background and drug test.
