Applied for the Projects Designer I role the first week of October, received communication from recruiter the second week of November, scheduling an interview for Thursday of that same week up in Northern Virginia. 1-Hour Interview infront of a panel of managers, went smoothly. Received a call the following Monday for a final round interview scheduled that same week. Same format. Received offer 7-10 days later. Probably the best process I ever went thru for anything.

Have to complete and pass assessment. Panel style interview utilizing the STAR method. Interview process usually takes about 4 weeks. Received offer 2 weeks after I interviewed. Overall it’s a smooth process

Be prepared to answer a handful of behavioral type questions. It is very important to answer these questions using the STAR method. Talk about your experience in a way that it relates to this position.
Applied for Projects Designer role Fall 2023. Received call from recruiter a month after applying, with a 1st Round interview set up the following week. 1st Interview: Was interviewed by the Design Supervisors and a Coordinator, Interview Qs were STAR formatted
2nd Interview: Brief 10-20 minute follow up interview about a week after the 1st.
Received my offer about a week or two after the 2nd Interview
