You submit the Application if they think you’re a good fit then you get a short interview about 15 minutes if you pass the interview then a short training on the computer which takes at most 4 hours
Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
