They have yet to call me back for an interview after countless applications and saying they were going to call me. I ask every time I go in and they say same thing, "we'll give you a call soon". And I have yet to receive any calls back.

Not that much of a difficult process. It likely depends how full the store is. Most of the time you can ask to see the Store Manager and they'll perform a walk-in interview.

Entretien
I applied online and was asked to meet in the store for an in person interview. I walked inside and the manager was walking around the store working, so she interviewed me while walking around the store and showing me things. The interview was maybe 5 minutes and was more about showing me what I'll be doing than about asking me questions. Wasn't thorough at all. Great if you just need a job fast, but the store was on a downhill trend already and I ended leaving pretty quickly as things got worse.
