Very informal and casual, which was fine. Filled out a brief application (pick up in store or print from web site) and return to branch manager. Then you are sent to a regional re district manager for a more in depth interview and if hired, to fill out paperwork the next visit. It was all quite friendly and a positive experience for me.

the interview was fairly short and simple I had been asked questions about availability and hours ability to work in high demand settings the interviewer was friendly and easy going didn't make you feel nervous

Process was easy and interview is short and simple. Filled out hiring application, got called in less than a week for a simple interview about what I'd be doing and got the job.
