I brought in my application to the store manager. She then scheduled me for an interview that day and asked me to come back on a certain date or time. It wasn't much of an interview really; she basically asked me my hours of availability, what my plans were for the future, why I wanted to work at Dollar Tree, then gave me the job.
Brief and to the point, not a lot of questions, mainly checking availability and other minute details. As long as you have relevant experience, the hiring process is short. The longest part was the background check which can be slow.

quick and laid back, asked a few questions about your work experience, does let you know ahead of time to bring two forms of ID. They make you feel comfortable enough to understand what the job entails and walks you around the store to let you know where things are and what to expect.

I interviewed and it went well and then I was given a background check and then ghosted after it came back clear. I guess they didn't really need help after all.
