Very Easy interview process, they are always looking for extra help. Dollar general is known as one of the worst companies to work for so most stores have a very high turnout rate, which is why positions are always open.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
