I applied online and received a call to come in person for the job interview a few days later. It was a very smooth process overall. Person who called was nice and I did not feel pressured or uneasy while on the phone.

The interview process at Dollar General was very simple. The hiring manager asked basic questions such as background in retail, challenges experienced in previous positions and overall weaknesses. The process was not difficult at all.
