Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

Explain a time where you resolved a difficult customers issues.
Very simple, I just walked in and asked for an application. I was very fortunate, as I was hired within a week or 2 because I told them I could work on Sunday (apparently no one else wanted to there). Easy interview questions anyone with a reasonable amount of foresight could answer.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.

I was asked about available hours that I could work and if had any experience working at Dollar General. Since I had been working at DG for a year and half and was a good employee seeking more from the job, it was a very simple interview.
