Being hired is easy if you are honest, can pass a U.A. and background check, and are not a total freak. This is good as most who apply here need work as soon as possible.Take a look at the store. If its dirty, with stocking problems, then the manager may be a problem. It definitely indicates they're short-handed. Don't be fooled by a friendly person. Most psychopaths are charming. If you're looking for full time work, that won't happen unless one of the 2 people allowed to work full-time leave. If they are long-timers, it won't happen.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.

I was asked about available hours that I could work and if had any experience working at Dollar General. Since I had been working at DG for a year and half and was a good employee seeking more from the job, it was a very simple interview.
