The interview process was simple and quick- no less or more than 20 minutes time spent. Interview was with the store manager. A mix of standard and behavioral interview questions were asked during the interview.

The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.
