The automated coding test was too difficult. It was through an external website. Do not remember the site name. This kind of automated testing do not measure programmers talent. I could not finish the programming task in the defined time. Normally we do programming in a relaxed environment.

Recruiter does initial phone screen, followed by a technical phone screen and an in-person interview. Most of the questions were technical in nature followed by some open-ended questions regarding challenges faced in the previous jobs and my long term plan. Overall the whole process seemed enjoyable.
