Thank you for sharing your experience — I can see how frustrating it must have felt not to receive feedback after investing your time and effort. Clear communication and timely responses matter, and we’ve reinforced with our team the importance of consistent, on-time follow-through at every stage of the process.
Our interviews are designed to leave space for questions, as we see the process as a true two-way street — giving candidates the chance to explore us as much as we explore them. With several stages in the process, there are typically multiple opportunities to ask what matters most, and we’re always open to booking extra time or following up by email if needed. We would have valued hearing this directly so we could have addressed it in real time.
