Horrible experience. No follow ups or replies to your emails. You receive an automated email a few weeks later for another step without getting any responses to your follow ups. 0 respect for the candidate coming from one of their senior recruiters. I could understand if it was a junior. That being said, why would we accept the offer if this is what the recruiting process looks like?
