Question 1
Most were very conversational, all the typical background, why do you want to work here etc. The advice I was given was to also tell more about myself outside of the role, how was I involved with volunteering or mentoring in a former role.

Reached out by recruiter on Linkedin. Followed up with panel interview 2 weeks later. Thought the process went smoothly and had a good experience until I was completely ghosted. So far it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from my recruiter.
Horrible interview experience. First, the rep for DocuSign scheduled a phone interview, then never showed up. I rescheduled the phone call. Once we did speak, it was clear that they are paying 25-40% below market rate the experience level they requested for the role. I declined to move forward. Strangely, DocuSign then sent me an email saying they decided to note move forward.

Question 1
There were no questions, resume demonstrated experience aligned with the role. The interview cut straight to salary. Clearly, they knew salary would be an issue and tried to take it off the table.
