J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Docusign (Chicago, IL) en nov. 2019
Entretien
** Interview Process ** (TLDR; Whole process took less than a Month)
-- Recruiter Call: 15 - 20 min call to understand my experience and talk about Docusign
-- Coding Exercise: Design and develop something using given instructions with in 48 hrs.
Tips: This round is not that difficult. This is the time you show your HTML/CSS/JS skills and make sure you know pros and cons in your implementation.
-- On Site: 3 Rounds
---- Onsite-1:Given a printout of a design and explain how you design and implement the. This round is just like coding exercise but you don't need to code everything, just explain what you do and probably they ask you more questions on how and why.
---- Onsite-2: Explain coding exercise on how it works and why you chose those tech/frameworks/libraries etc., Also you need to do some live coding to implement additional features for existing code. I liked this round because this felt more like parallel programming.
Onsite3: Discussion with manager about your experiences and STAR based questions.
Got offer couple of days later.
Overall, I think this is one of the best interview experiences I ever had. Unlike some companies that test DS and Algos, interviews here were focused on what I actually do and if I am a good team player.
