First was a basic phone screen with recruitment, she was nice and we just went over my experience. Next I got an email saying I'd meet three of the MDR managers. I was given an assignment to write a mock email to a prospect. Got to the office early and my recruiter put me in the room 5 minutes before my 1:00pm interview. All the walls are glass, so I could see the managers who were supposed to interview me standing around the kitchen for about 5 minutes laughing and hanging out. It made me uncomfortable because by that point at 1:05pm I was wondering if I should go out and say something (I took time off work for this I wanted to get going). The three of them came in, they asked behavioral questions etc. There was only one manager that was actually engaged. One manager kept yawning and looking at his watch, that made me feel so embarrassed and upset... Like I was a waste of time. One of the managers was basically silent I didn't really see the point of him there. They pulled up my mock email and told me to go through it--they all said it was good. The manager that was yawning the whole interview also got my name wrong and after that I decided I didn't want to work there. If these were going to be my managers and I felt no connection to them and they made me feel so unwelcome it wasn't worth it. At the end of the interview the silent manager walked me out, meaning he took me a few steps out of the conference room and pointed to where the exit was, not even shaking my hand. On my way home I felt weird and uncomfortable knowing it wasn't in the cards. That was a week ago, since then I have been hired at another company with a bigger salary and a better fit. DocuSign still hasn't gotten back to me about the interview and I doubt they ever will. I bet those managers won't even remember meeting me.

Interview process has been organized and professional so far. Communication has been clear and timely. Interviewers are courteous and informative. Overall experience is positive, though still early in the process.
Three separate interviews. Call with HR, call with manager, and then a call with two managers that required a sample cold call and presentation about the company, mostly to see if you can create and present a pitch deck.

The interviewer asked generic questions about previous experience, including the last role, responsibilities, and skills.
The conversation focused on the background, job-related expertise, and suitability for the position. The discussion covered my approach to handling difficult situations. The overall tone was professional and structured.
