My interview experience with this company pretty much echoes what the other reviewer wrote. I applied online, after about 3 weeks, I had a phone screen with a recruiter. After that, I was scheduled to speak with a QA Manager. The conversation with a QA Manager went well (as recruiter put it, "QA Manager was wowed by you", and I was invited for an onsite interview. I thought the interview went well. Basic QA questions, nothing complicated. I was told I'd hear back in 2 weeks, tops, and "I won't be left hanging", regardless of what the decision is. Two weeks go by, radio silence. I emailed the recruiter twice. Nothing. I understand that a potential candidate may not be a good fit for whatever reason. At the very least, have some decency and honesty to tell the person you won't be proceeding any further. But to "drop the ball" like that? Completely unprofessional and rude, if you ask me. The bottom line: Don't waste your time with this company. Plenty of other companies out there that will make your time worth it.

The process was pretty standard and very quick - one phone call with the recruiter (from another state), then phone screen with the hiring manager, who mentioned that they would like to move quick and scheduled my onsite in a couple of days. The recruiter was very supportive and communicated very well during the process until the onsite interview. The in person interview went well and was consisted of 4 people. I was asked very few questions regarding my experience and all of the them were talking a lot about the company, how wonderful it is and how great is to work here, telling me interesting stories about how they get there and and how lucky they are to be here. I had a feeling that they wanted to attract me as a client to use their app and not as an employee. Very mixed feelings but overall I thought that the interview went well and was waiting from the response from recruiter. After a week of silence I emailed to her asking about the result - no response, I was trying to call her few days after - nothing. I emailed in another week - same no response back. Like literally nothing. It's been three weeks now since I went for the interview and I still haven't received any feedback. I understand that there are some other candidates that you are interviewing but please let the candidate know about it, respect people's and even if the candidate is not a good fit for the company, please do yourself a huge favor and create the "no-reply email" with the result. Very unprofessional.
