I can confidently say that it was one of the best organized and most professional recruitment processes I have participated in. I noticed that each stage of the recruitment was very thoroughly planned and executed with great precision, which demonstrates a high level of care for the candidates and ensuring that the recruitment process is as effective as possible. I am very satisfied with the entire recruitment process. Additionally, I want to highlight that the whole process took just under a week and consisted of two stages - the first one being an interview with the recruiter, followed by a video call with the future manager, recruiter, and director.
