The whole process consisted on 3 stages/interviews:
- First, a technical evaluation with a Staff and Sr engineer from the team. This stage was a talk-through about my frontend knowledge/concepts, and general software engineering knowledge, like problem solving skills (there was no live coding).
- Second, a not so technical interview with two managers about my past experiences, and direct questions about observability, rollout and deployment, incident management, processes and way of working.
- Lastly, a very similar interview to the previous one, but this time with the VP and the director of the area.
