Pretty easy interview. Interviewed with owner which was very casual. The owner is very casual and didnt feel like a high pressure interview. They were trying to get a sense of my personality if I were an overall fit for their business. They are looking for take charge people who can work without supervision while doing the job and helping to improve the business.
