Entretien
The recruiter called me and she was really nice. It was more of a conversation than an interview. She promised she would give me a call that following Monday regarding a decision. Needless to say, I haven’t heard anything back from them and it’s been well over three weeks. I even reached out via email to express my continued interest and not even a courtesy email. I find that so disheartening and unprofessional, that alone showed me all I needed to know about the company.

Entretien
I had a bad experience as a candidate. The interview process was tedious and time consuming you interview for at least 3 weeks on multiple days and go through the recruiter, manager or director and then two additional interviews with people on the care team from a variety of departments. I found the interview process to be inconsiderate of the candidate time and they interview in groups of people like 10 or more instead of selecting the top two or three candidates out of respect for your time. My interviews was 30 minutes each. And after 3 weeks of my personal time the recruiter scheduled a phone call with me which I thought was to offer the job but she told me that the team choose to hire another candidate. I felt that if they weren't going to hire me they shouldn't have taken up so much of my time.

How would you overcome objection since most people they cold call don't want to participate in the health coach program?
How many cold calls did I make on average in previous role. Diverge expects at least 100 cold calls per day.
