Entretien
Had an initial screening. Simple point-based questions where the HR had to fill a form. Proceeded by an assignment. I then finally had another interview with the managers before being rejected. A small weird part was the assignment not even being mentioned in the interview.

- What are you looking to learn here?
- An impromptu reasoning question where you'll have to think on your feet.
Total 3 rounds 1) HR screening 2) Task Round 3) Managerial Discussion 4) 2nd Managerial Discussion 5] Founder's Round Task would be about how to Improve CX for the policy buying experience. You'll mostly clear all the rounds until the Founder's Round. Founder's are arrogant and would ask questions just to put you down and end the 30 min interview in 10 mins. They are not looking to hire for this position but rather just take ideas basis the task and get a junior resource to work on them.
The process took 2 weeks. I've been seeing the same role on and off the careers page since a month.
Rest the HR was communicative and the managers are super nice.

Entretien
There were 3 rounds in total. HR screening > Assignment round > Managerial & technical round. I reached to the last round only to hear that the JD didn't mention the specific skill that they're actually hiring for.
