Interviewed by two guys, one being the lead developer and another being the head of IT. Both very nice guys, and had a chat about technical experience, motivations followed up by a finishing technical coding challenge on the spot.

Asked me how I would write a specific type of code and how I would structure it. Was then followed by a technical question on how to convert roman numerals into numbers.
