Entretien
Several one on one phone interviews prior to review of references and background check. Then a series of in-person panel style interviews with Management and HR staff. The panel interviews were rigorous and exhausting but offered as many opportunities to for me to ask about the company (and the team) as they asked about me.

Question 1
One of the Executive Managers asked me, very casually at the beginning of the third panel interview, for the names of the people I had interviewed with in my first panel. Its funny that this was probably one of the easiest questions, but one where I think I could have lost the job if I hadn't taken good notes and paid attention to all the people I was meeting.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We take great care in choosing our employees, and the more complex the role, the greater care we must provide in choosing the right candidate. Hopefully, the position was worth the wait!
