J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) en févr. 2020
Entretien
Background: I interviewed for this cast member role February, 2020. The hiring process is quite similar to any role… the exception? After my application
1. met Disney’s criteria
2. passing the CBI
3. passing the in-person interview… oh goodie!
4. An intradepartmental interview had to be completed…
Let us cut to the chase. My interview was conducted by a department manager whom had been informed the job candidate before me was a no-show. I was 30 minutes early, sooooo I survived a pretty detailed and somewhat technical interview. Downside: never got to perform within the position; Disneyland was shut down a day before my Traditions orientation! Seven months into shut down, a nicely written email was received: (rescinding job offer, please do consider Disney in my future endeavors).

Question 1
A multi generational family is before you - grandparents, parents and kids. Aperture setting allows for only one of those groups to be in sharp focus, who do you pick?
Friendly step by step process where they ask personal general questions about you and experience in photography and asked things about Disney like favorite characters or lands in the Disney parks

Asked about customer service skills, how I would approach a situation. Interview was comfortable and pretty short. Took a couple months to receive a call back. Asked how familiar I was with a camera
Online interview was very smoothly. First you get interviewed by a recruiter then if you make it to a second interview they make an offer. Overall the interview experience was great.
