Background: I interviewed for this cast member role February, 2020. The hiring process is quite similar to any role… the exception? After my application 1. met Disney’s criteria 2. passing the CBI 3. passing the in-person interview… oh goodie! 4. An intradepartmental interview had to be completed… Let us cut to the chase. My interview was conducted by a department manager whom had been informed the job candidate before me was a no-show. I was 30 minutes early, sooooo I survived a pretty detailed and somewhat technical interview. Downside: never got to perform within the position; Disneyland was shut down a day before my Traditions orientation! Seven months into shut down, a nicely written email was received: (rescinding job offer, please do consider Disney in my future endeavors).
