      Entretien

I applied online. About an hour later, I was invited to take a web-based interview. It took me about 45 minutes and it was mostly your average personality test when applying for a job. Immediately when I finished the interview, I was asked to schedule an in person interview. A week later, I arrived to the interview twenty minutes early dressed in a nice shirt, wedges, and a pair of black slacks. The receptionist asked me my name and I sat with about 10 other people awaiting interviews. Everyone was very friendly and it was not uncomfortable waiting for the interview because we all talked to each other and were being interviewed for different things. Fair warning though-people who were interviewing us would walk by every so often while we were waiting, most likely seeing how we acted when we thought no one was watching. Be very friendly and talkative with others, it makes you feel more at ease and they like seeing that you can easily interact with others. About 20 minutes after my interview was scheduled, I was called in. The woman was very nice and the questions were extremely easy. She asked if it would be my first job (which it would), whether I had tattoos or piercings, why I applied for the position I did, my past work or volunteer experience, etc. The most important question was why I wanted to work for Disney. She was going to hire me on the spot, except that I was going on vacation for spring break and would not be available for a few weeks, so she asked me what job positions I most wanted and added me to a wait list. Two weeks later, I got an email asking me to set up a phone appointment to discuss my employment. I just had my phone interview and I was informed that I am hired for refreshments. We scheduled my day to go in and do paperwork and I was told what day my first day of work would be. Overall it was a easy process.

Quick, to the point. Others showed up in very casual attire, but I'd recommend going with a business outfit. The time I applied to the time I did "Traditions" took a little bit over a month, but for other people I spoke to it only took two weeks. If your hair isn't a "normal" color, dye it before the date you come back to fill out paperwork. If you wait, they won't take your ID picture and instead will ask you to come back after you've dyed your hair.

I had an over the phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. The interviewer called me 20 minutes late, but the interview itself was very simple and straight to the point. She went directly into the questions, not really asking much about myself, but more situational questions.
