It was over the phone. It was easy and I gave unsure answers and a lot of uuhhhs and passed it just fine. They will ask what is the most important thing for cast members to know. Safety. Easy. They’re hiring and we’re short staffed. The guy doing the phone interview must have already done 30 that day since he rushes through it and was half listening. Expect to get hired.

It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.

Once you pass the screening personality test, you're invited to a face to face interview. Easy process overall, though very competitive. Positive and energetic responses will help you stand out.
