applied and waited a couple of weeks. did online questionnaire then got a call for the first in person interview w/casting. she asked my availability, why i want to work for disney, what diversity means to me & integrity. most people get wait listed & was told i’d get a call for the second interview when positions open up. got a call two weeks later.

Asked about customer service skills, how I would approach a situation. Interview was comfortable and pretty short. Took a couple months to receive a call back. Asked how familiar I was with a camera
Online interview was very smoothly. First you get interviewed by a recruiter then if you make it to a second interview they make an offer. Overall the interview experience was great.
