J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) en févr. 2018

In-person interview was fine, but I honestly feel they intentionally get too specific regarding what kind of job you want, your availability, what you are and aren’t comfortable doing, etc, so you are put on a waiting list until that EXACT job comes up. (Which it never did) I was so open to doing anything, but the interviewer kept asking questions to further narrow down what type of job I would like to do. I feel (maybe irrationally) that this is there way to discriminate without getting in trouble for it. I’m slightly older, but am absolutely fit for any job at Disneyland.

Question 1
Asked how I would handle certain situations, such as a small child becoming very upset because he wasn’t tall enough for a ride.
Virtual interview where you are asked about your background, your customer service skills, and why you want to work for Disney. The interview is pretty simple and straightforward, with questions about safety and how you might treat guests.

It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.

Once you pass the screening personality test, you're invited to a face to face interview. Easy process overall, though very competitive. Positive and energetic responses will help you stand out.
