Disney Web Based Interview was fairly easy. Q and A is very repetitive, but just stay consistent with your answers and you'll be fine. Questions are based off the rating system: Strongly Disagree, Somewhat Disagree, Neutral, Somewhat agree, Strongly Agree. Try to lean towards strongly disagree or strongly agree and stay away from being just neutral.

Asked about customer service skills, how I would approach a situation. Interview was comfortable and pretty short. Took a couple months to receive a call back. Asked how familiar I was with a camera
Online interview was very smoothly. First you get interviewed by a recruiter then if you make it to a second interview they make an offer. Overall the interview experience was great.
