Did the personality test and passed then scheduled a phone interview (some people say you have the option for phone or in person but I didnt, not sure why) passed the phone interview, make sure you study common questions. After they ask when would be best for you to come in for an interview in person, if you passed. It was a group interview and the lady seemed pretty serious. Almost like she wasn't in the mood for interviewing. I was the only girl other than her and felt nervous at first. Once the interview went on longer I became a bit more releaved. She asked quit a few questions and we all took turns answering. It made it sort of easier to answer if someone answers before you, that way you can take theit response as an example and make yourself sound a lot better compared to them. Once the group interview was over she took us in individually for some more questions. That's when I got nervous again since I paused for a bit. She said it was okay but it really didn't feel like it. She almost seemed a bit scary from how serious she was, I dont remember her smiling... I was the first person she took in since I volunteered. The whole thing took about 30 minutes or an hour, not too sure since it was a few months ago. Got a call a week later saying I didn't get the job and didn't get considered for any other positions and can apply again in 6 months. It's been 6 months and I have my phone interview tomorrow :)

I applied online then I was called in to do an initial interview. After the initial interview they gave me different options to apply for that fit my skills and personality. From there I interviewed with a manager from the department and they asked a series of questions pertaining to the job. It was a group interview, very nice man.
